Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality ingredients with precision for various menu items.
Execute dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistent excellence.
Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to maintain efficient and harmonious service during peak times.
Proactively monitor inventory, communicating needs to the Executive Chef to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring all preparations meet regulatory requirements.
Maintain an impeccably clean and organized workstation, optimizing kitchen flow and safety.
Contribute creative ideas to menu development, helping to evolve our culinary offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
Demonstrated expertise in meal preparation techniques and comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations.
Ability to thrive and maintain focus in a dynamic kitchen environment, prioritizing attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit, essential for a cohesive team.
Flexibility to accommodate shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
