Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive the success of sales performance within the Alberta
Region by providing leadership and direction to the sales team. You will generate new business and
maintain existing accounts while building strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and
end users. This role focuses on creating awareness of products and services and driving growth.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work two days per week in either Edmonton or Calgary, AB.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic plans (short- and long-term) to drive profitable growth.
* Expand the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
* Provide outstanding customer service and support.
* Manage sales functions to meet volume and profitability objectives.
* Lead and develop a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor"s Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of materials sales experience (paint/coatings
preferred).
* Proven track record managing high-value, multi-stakeholder projects.
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship.
