What are the Responsibilities?In this role, you'll be at the heart of every project, combining your coordination skills with your estimating expertise to ensure seamless delivery from concept to installation.
  • Lead and coordinate projects from approval through to customer hand-off
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, design/drafting teams, and the shop floor
  • Review and interpret architectural and millwork drawings with confidence
  • Perform accurate material take-offs and support project estimating
  • Build and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects on track
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation
  • Support change orders, scope adjustments, and cost tracking
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, production, and installation teams
What are the Requirements?
  • 2+ years in millwork, construction coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong estimating and take-off experience, millwork experience highly desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
  • Experience in both residential and commercial projects strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microvellum, or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of custom cabinetry and millwork production processes is a big plus
