MAXgreen is hiring for a Full Time Inside Sales Consultant in our Calgary Office, to start immediately.

Duties

  • Answer calls and emails, prepare presentation folders and brochures, creating written processes as needed, and other sales support tasks as required.
  • Promoting Stock and Clearance Windows and Doors on Social Media to drive leads, Selling the products, and help loading.
  • Recording new leads in Customer Relationship Management software (Jobber), receiving and recording associated finalized quote details when Consultants send them to customers.
  • Creating quotations and contracts for the Outside Sales team and your own customers as required and ensuring all paperwork is correct and includes all necessary details.
  • Submitting and following up on Service Orders as required for your customers and those of other team members as required.
  • Tracking and Submitting your own commission reports bi-weekly by the deadline required by Accounting.
  • Attending Safety meetings and other Team meetings as required.
  • Promoting MAXgreen's MAXrewards Referral program to homeowners, and MAXrewards Industry Partner Referral Program to Contractors/Designers/Realtors, etc. at every opportunity.
  • Identifying ideas and implementing systems and routines for new revenue streams and complementary services to be offered to our customer base.
  • Identifying ideas and implementing systems and routines to improve efficiencies and reduce costs of operating the business.
  • Ongoing improvement of quality, service, and overall value offered to customers, sub-trades, suppliers, employees, and outside consultants.
  • Implementing new policies and procedures as required. If something goes wrong in the business, what can we implement as a routine to ensure it NEVER happens again? If something goes really well, what can we implement as a routine to ensure it ALWAYS happens?
  • Following all established MAXgreen policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the rest of the MAXgreen team also follows policies and procedures as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Attention to Detail is Paramount
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Compensation is a Base Salary + Commission, with Comprehensive Benefits after 3 months. 20 Total Days Paid Time Off each year (Vacation, Sickness, etc,)

On Target Earnings for first year is $60,000, increasing from there as you grow your accounts.
