About Us
Toothworks is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic network committed to delivering exceptional care through collaborative, high-performing teams. Our Brookfield Place location serves a busy professional patient base in the heart of Toronto's financial district, and we're proud of the welcoming, efficient environment we've built together.
We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Administrator who's ready to step into a Team Lead role — someone who thrives at the front line, leads by example, and brings both coordination expertise and a genuine passion for patient experience.
This is not a back-office management role. You'll be hands-on every day: presenting treatment plans, guiding patients through their care journey, and supporting your team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients, including insurance coverage, co-pays, and financing options.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries related to treatment, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Support and oversee front desk operations: scheduling, confirmations, billing, and insurance submissions.
- Mentor and guide administrative team members to ensure smooth, consistent daily operations.
- Use Abeldent software to manage patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling workflows.
- Monitor and improve case acceptance rates by guiding patients through informed treatment decisions.
- Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows and support a positive clinic environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Senior Receptionist, or Lead Administrator in a dental office.
- Proficiency with Abeldent dental software (required).
- Strong working knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and the ODA fee guide; IFHP and CDCP experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication, case presentation, and patient relationship skills.
- A natural ability to support and elevate those around you.
- Professional, positive, and patient-centred in all interactions.
Why Toothworks?
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
- Benefits and career development resources through the Dentalcorp network.
- A well-established, high-volume downtown location with a strong, supportive team.
- Opportunity to grow within one of Canada's leading dental networks.
How to Apply
If you're already excelling as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Administrator and are ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter through Indeed.
Toothworks is committed to creating an inclusive environment and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
