What You'll Do

As a Spa Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience by:

• Greeting clients warmly in person and over the phone
• Booking, confirming, and managing appointments through our booking system
• Promoting memberships, gift cards, spa packages, service enhancements, and retail products
• Educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services
• Supporting service providers to ensure seamless client experiences
• Managing client records and maintaining accurate files
• Handling multiple tasks efficiently, including answering phones, assisting clients, and processing transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the spa
• Assisting with daily spa operations and administrative duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, reception, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable recommending products, memberships, and service upgrades
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour + Commission + Performance Incentives
