With one of our long-term dental assistants retiring, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable CDA to join on a full-time basis. Whether you are an experienced assistant looking or a recent graduate eager to develop your skills, we welcome your application.

About Our Practice
We are a 3-chair, patient-focused family practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team thrives on clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared goal of making dental visits as stress-free as possible.
Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Provide proficient four-handed dentistry for general procedures.
• Patient Comfort: Prep treatment rooms, review charts, and confidently guide patients through their appointments, keeping them calm and informed.
• Clinical Excellence: Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and impressions as required.
• Sterilization & Safety: Maintain rigorous infection control standards, sterilize instruments, and manage treatment room turnaround efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Help manage clinical supplies, keep track of lab cases, and support the rest of the team during busy periods to keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Dental Assistant designation and active registration with the BCCOHP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to keeping the clinical area running efficiently.

What We Offer

• Competitive Compensation: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Moving Allowance: A relocation/moving allowance is available for the right candidate to help facilitate a smooth transition to our community.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
