- Shifts: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (every other week)
- Pay: $18.50/hr
- Training & Onboarding: July 9 and/or July 10, 2026
- First Day of Work: July 13, 2026
Who It's For

What You'll Do
- Hand trim cannabis flower with scissors, separating flower from stems per SOPs
- Weigh, portion, and package products accurately to specification
- Record bag weights and other data metrics with care and precision
- Follow all Good Production Practices (GPP), sanitation, and contamination control procedures
- Identify and report deviations, contamination risks, or product defects
- Clean and sanitize drying racks, tools, and workstations
- Handle all material gently to maintain product integrity and minimize loss
- Support inventory counts and secure storage of cannabis materials
- Work with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards
What You'll Need
- Strong attention to detail and steady focus across a full 8-hour shift
- Comfortable using trimming scissors or precision hand tools
- Able to follow strict protocols and accurately record weights/data
- Able to wear full PPE (coverall, mask, gloves, hair/beard net) — no jewellery, nail polish, or makeup
- Clear criminal background required

This role is based in Scarborough, ON, near Warden Ave and St. Clair Ave E. Shifts are Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, every other week.

Duties include hand trimming cannabis flower, weighing, portioning and packaging to specification, recording weights and data, following GMP and sanitation procedures, and supporting inventory and daily production targets.
Candidates with experience in food production, kitchens, hairdressing, horticulture, assembly/manufacturing, or trades are a great fit, especially those comfortable with precision, repetitive tasks, and a structured workplace.
You must wear full PPE for the entire shift, including coveralls, mask, gloves, and hair/beard net, and you should avoid jewellery, nail polish, or makeup.
Training and onboarding are on July 9 and/or July 10, 2026, and the first day of work is July 13, 2026.
