19K Design & Contracting Ltd. is a locally owned residential renovation company serving Greater Victoria. We specialize in renovations and additionsno commercial work, no new builds. Just quality residential projects done right.

We're growing fast and looking for a 3rd- or 4th-year Apprentice Carpenter who wants to complete their apprenticeship and earn their Red Seal while working on quality residential projects.

What You'll do

Assist with framing, finishing, repairs, and installations
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scope documents
Work alongside Red Seal Carpenters and learn on the job
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and subtrades
Take on increased responsibility as skills develop
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

What You Need

3rd or 4th year Carpentry Apprentice registered with SkilledTradesBC
Active apprenticeship registration number
Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Victoria
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Eager to learn and take direction

Salary & Benefits

$28 to $38/hour
Full-time, permanent employee position
Monday-Friday schedule with paid statutory holidays
