Thermoforming is basically the same as injection molding, but the cups are smaller and come faster. The operator stands at the ejection table of the machine and packs stacks of cups or lids. They are responsible for ensuring the cups are of good quality and packing the right amount in a box. It is light work, but the cups come fast. They also have to make cartons for packing.
