AAI/CASS Corp. is currently hiring DA AVOP Operators to support airside and ground operations at Pearson International Airport.

Whether you already have airport experience or are looking to launch a career in aviation, we want to hear from you. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals with strong availability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced airport environment.

Candidates who currently hold a valid PURPLE/YELLOW RAIC and/or DA AVOP are strongly preferred and may be prioritized for immediate placement.

What You'll Do

As an Airport Operations Associate, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting airside and ground operations activities
  • Assisting with baggage handling and equipment movement
  • Operating vehicles and equipment (where qualified and authorized)
  • Transporting operational materials between designated airport locations
  • Performing vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Following airport safety procedures and security protocols
  • Assisting with aircraft turnaround support activities
  • Maintaining safe and efficient movement throughout operational areas
  • Supporting various airport partners and operational teams as required

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Ability to work in a physically active environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs when required
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Excellent reliability, attendance, and professionalism
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexible availability, including:
    • Days
    • Afternoons
    • Overnight shifts
    • Weekends
    • Holidays
    • Overtime opportunities

Preferred:

  • Valid PURPLE/ YELLOW RAIC
  • DA AVOP License
  • Previous airport, aviation, logistics, transportation, warehouse, construction, customer service, ramp, or ground handling experience
  • Experience operating vehicles or equipment in safety-sensitive environments
  • Knowledge of airport operations and security procedures
