Location: Carleton Place, ON Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: Base salary of $37,500–$44,000 annually, plus performance incentives and bonus opportunities
Earning Potential
In addition to a competitive base salary, Parts Advisors are eligible for performance-based incentives. Successful candidates have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $14,400 annually, resulting in a potential total compensation of up to $58,400 per year.
Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Overview
Carleton Place Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry while contributing to the success of a growing dealership.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by ensuring the accurate identification, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, service-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale clients in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
· Process retail and wholesale parts orders accurately and efficiently.
· Prepare and distribute parts for service technicians in a timely manner.
· Receive, stock, and maintain inventory while ensuring accuracy and organization within the Parts Department.
· Deliver parts to customers and business partners as required.
· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.
· Support various departmental functions as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
· Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
