Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

● Minimum of Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator certifications

● Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification is a strong plus.

● Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and development tools (Apex,

Aura Components, SOQL, Lightning Web Components).

● Proficiency in declarative automation tools (Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc)

● Experience with DevOps processes (eg. Agile) and tools such as Azure ADO, Gearset, etc

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proactive and results-oriented mindset

● Experience with Manufacturing Cloud and/or CRM Analytics is a strong plus.
