Grass Maintenance General Labourer

Capital Yardworks is looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer with equipment operating experience to join our growing team. • Assist with general labour tasks including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, backhoe and other machinery as needed
• Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Support crew members with landscaping, construction, and installation tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies on job sites
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Must have a valid G license
• Previous experience in general labour, landscaping, or construction
• Experience operating equipment (e.g., skid steer, excavator)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of construction or landscaping practices is an asset
