Dibac Home Support is a licensed Temporary Help Agency providing personal care, household support, postpartum care, and in-home childcare to families and facilities across the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge region. We are a growing, mission-driven agency where every team member — frontline and administrative — plays a vital role in delivering excellent care.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Client Intake & Sales Specialist who would be responsible for turning inquiries into clients. You are the first voice families hear — the person who guides them, reassures them, and helps them choose the right services. This is a hybrid role — primarily remote with occasional in-office requirements. This role blends sales, customer service, and intake coordination, ensuring every family receives a warm, professional, and seamless onboarding experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Answer and respond to inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries

· Conduct discovery/intake calls to understand client needs

· Prepare and send service proposals

· Follow up with warm leads and maintain a consistent communication pipeline

· Track conversions and maintain accurate CRM/intake records

· Coordinate with the Care Coordinator to transition new clients into service

· Support onboarding by collecting required documents and confirming service details

· Represent Dibac with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or intake coordination

· Strong communication skills — warm, confident, and clear

· Ability to guide conversations and build trust with families

· Experience preparing proposals or quotes — an asset

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication

· Ability to work independently and manage follow‐ups

· Reliable home internet connection and suitable home workspace

· Legally eligible to work in Canada
