About the Role
Home Care Supply is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be working directly with contractors, builders, and homeowners to help them find the right products for their renovation projects — from interior doors and vanities to hardware and more. What You'll Do
- Assist walk-in and inbound customers (phone/email) with product selection and order inquiries
- Provide accurate quotes, confirm product availability, and follow up on outstanding orders
- Recommend the right products based on customer project needs
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse on pickups and deliveries
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience — you know how to close and follow up
- Background in renovation, construction, or building materials is required
- Strong communicator — comfortable on phone, email, and face-to-face
- Must be able to reliably commute to our location
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple customers at once
- Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first attitude
