TaletSphere is recruiting an experienced Project Manageron behalf of a well-established, technical partner in the low-carbon heating solutions space serving commercial and industrial clients across BC and Yukon.About the OpportunityThis is a high-impact role for a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives on owning projects end-to-end. You will manage multiple HVAC projects, coordinate stakeholders, drive timelines and deliverables, and ensure strong commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate brings solid HVAC industry knowledge, decisive judgment, and a collaborative style that balances customer needs with business results.You'll work closely with the sales team on bid evaluation and project execution, participate in weekly team meetings, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients. This is not a task-oriented position — it's for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and delivers excellence in a fast-paced, technical environment where responsiveness and reliability are critical.What You'll Own
- Project Leadership: Manage HVAC projects from planning through to successful completion, overseeing scope, timelines, communication, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with customers, suppliers, contractors, manufacturers, sales, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Bid Evaluation & Commercial Insight: Leverage your experience to assess opportunities, evaluate risks, scope, timelines, and profitability to support informed bidding decisions.
- Customer Relationships: Act as a professional, transparent contact who manages expectations, handles negotiations, and builds long-term trust.
- Accountability & Execution: Proactively identify and resolve issues, monitor costs and changes, and ensure projects are completed profitably and to a high standard.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to weekly meetings, support revenue targets, and help drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience.
- Proven track record managing projects, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and customer expectations.
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to profitable project outcomes.
- Comfortable with tough negotiations and exercising sound judgment under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and initiative-driven — you follow through and don't wait to be told what to do.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and ability to commute to Surrey until September 2026, then Richmond thereafter.
- Competitive salary: $90,000–$125,000per year, based on experience.
