Shuttle Driver/Porter

If you're ready to add some variety to your week and be a part of a great community, we'd love to hear from you!The Shuttle Driver/Porter is responsible for supporting the Service team by providing excellent customer service, maintaining vehicle flow on the lot, and ensuring service areas are clean, organized, and efficient. This role combines driving, lot support, and general service assistance duties.Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner
• Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service
• Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent
• Listens to and documents customer needs and expectations throughout the visit
• Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due
• Run customer vehicles through the automated car wash
• Assist with porting and organizing service vehicles on the lot
• Provide pick-up and delivery services for customers as needed
• Ensure the service drive-thru area is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Additional duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
• Organized with attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs
• Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed
• Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
• Loves a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills and an understanding of technology
