Work model: Hybrid, in-office 3 days per week at our Burlington location.

JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with full cycle recruitment, both high-volume general labour and professional settings.

- Communicating effectively in verbal and written communication. Fluency in English is a must.

- Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives

- Acting without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take initiatives and responsibility, but also a team-player

- Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment

- Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job at Company

- Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends

- Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates

- Knowledge of Company's corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
