Rates Coordinator

Breakaway Executive Search is looking for a Rates Coordinator to work in the pricing department of a Transportation company located in the Concord area.

Salary: $60,000-65,000/year

Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday - this is a hybrid position, you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Responsibilities Include:

• Issuing and maintaining client pricing agreements
• Managing the general rate increase process, fuel programs, and carrier database
• Assisting in resolving customer disputes
• Analyzing data
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• College Diploma or University degree
• Previous experience within the Transportation industry (minimum 3 years)
• Strong mathematics knowledge, comfortable working with numbers
• Strong understanding of profit and loss
• Canadian Common Carrier LTL experience is a strong asset
• Knowledge of AS400 is a strong asset
• Accounting skills are a strong asset
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft Office)
• Strong data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
