Shift
- Night Shift: 4:00 PM 2:00 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Pay:
- $30$36/hour + night shift premium (based on experience)
What You'll Work On
- Precision components for aerospace, space, and defense systems
- Tight-tolerance parts with repeatable, controlled processes
- High-production runs with short cycle times (13 minutes)
- Advanced CNC lathes (Fanuc and Okuma controls, Nakamura and Okuma equipment)
What You'll Do
- Operate CNC lathes in a high-precision production environment
- Perform setups, tool offsets, and adjustments (based on experience)
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain strict quality and tolerance requirements
- Follow structured, well-defined machining processes

Requirements
- CNC machine operation experience (lathe experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
Asset Experience (Role-Specific)
- Nakamura machines (finishing role)
- Hard turning or roughing operations
- Okuma Machines

This is the night shift from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, lasting 4 x 10-hour shifts.
