A leading exhaust fan manufacturing company based in Woodbridge area is immediately looking for a Full-Time CNC Amada Turret Punch Press Programmer/Setter/Operator to work in their sheet metal fabrication plant to start immediately.

Pay rate: $22 - $25/hr. based on experience.

Available Shifts:

Monday -Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

Perform daily startup and shutdown procedures for CNC machines.
Review shop drawings to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
Analyze material usage and implement program improvements for efficiency.
Conduct first-off inspections to ensure components meet drawing specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience operating and programming AMADA punching machines.
Proficient in CNC programming using Dr. ABE software (Amada).
Hands-on experience with AMADA fabrication equipment.
Ability to load, unload, and adjust programs as needed.
Prior experience in metal or steel manufacturing environments.
