The Client Relations Agent - Bilingual plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic call center environment. This position requires fluent communication in two languages to assist diverse clients effectively across email and phone channels. Working within a medium-sized team, the agent will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting bilingual communication, and handling data entry with precision.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email and phone to resolve inquiries and provide information
- Deliver bilingual support to accommodate a diverse client base
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain information management systems
- Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized team (6-15 members)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient bilingual communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with CRM software
