The Entry Level Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective product knowledge and customer engagement. This role involves frequent interaction with customers, managing sales transactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience. Associates are expected to leverage their ability to memorize product details, utilize tablets and data systems, and apply upselling techniques to meet store objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and friendly customer service
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products
Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Utilize tablets and data systems for client management and sales support
Memorize product features and client preferences to enhance service

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in retail sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic math skills for handling transactions
