We offer a competitive compensation structure which includes:
Base Salary (CAD) + Uncapped Commission(in USD Dollars) + Ramp-up bonus incentives(in USD Dollars) with overall target earnings of $150,000 annually.
Where is this role located?
This is a hybrid position based out of Toronto, Canada.
How You'll Contribute
You'll be at the front line of our growth—connecting with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.
- Contact top-level decision-making leaders to join our membership communities
- Talk with prospects and gain an understanding of their challenges and goals, while pitching a highly valuable, yet intangible solution.
- Manage pipeline of sales opportunities with ability to strategize conversion plans including navigating enterprise level procurement processes
- Identify new business opportunities from a range of sources
- Ability to cold call, conduct outreach, and schedule with prospects
- Meet or exceed quarterly quota
- Build deep, long-term, empathetic relationships
- Keep up to date with member stories & activities, current industry trends, market activities, the competitive landscape
- Demonstrate passion and energy, both externally with the customer and internally with our team
- Strong collaboration skills in working in across departments
What Sets You Up for Success
You don't need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 1-3 years of sales experience (or equivalent commercial experience in fundraising, marketing, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats including phone, email and social media
- General business acumen and understanding of Fortune 1000 companies
- Self-motivated, determined, and driven with keen ability to problem solve
- Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive who is accountable for his/her success
- Ability and willingness to make cold calls to senior-level executives
- Professional presence, especially when dealing with prospects and members
