We are seeking a passionate HR professional to join us as an HR Community Facilitator, a role vital to enriching our platform and ensuring meaningful engagement among our members.


The purpose of this role is to ignite lively discussions, curate valuable content, and cultivate a thriving space where HR professionals can connect, learn, and grow. You will be instrumental in shaping the interactive experience of our community, ensuring that relevant and impactful HR topics are at the forefront.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and moderate engaging discussions on critical HR topics.
  • Curate and highlight valuable insights shared by community members.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Identify emerging HR trends and bring them to the community's attention.
  • Collaborate with the HR Base Camp team to enhance community initiatives.
  • Encourage active participation and knowledge sharing among peers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR professional.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills.
  • Passion for HR and community building.
  • Ability to inspire and engage diverse groups.
