We are seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative to join the day shift team of a Transportation/Logistics company in Brampton, ON. Strong previous experience in a customer service role within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required. Shift: Day shifts Monday-Friday Salary: Up to $55,000/year Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative: - Taking high volume of calls each day - Coordinating with customers to update status, resolve complaints, etc - Navigating client portals - Data entry - Other duties as required Requirements: - Previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Experience dealing with a high volume of calls per day - Strong computer skills - Able to effectively navigate between systems/portals on computer - Strong communications skills (written and verbal) - Able to work on the day shift Monday to Friday Apply today!
