Family Physician

Seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Family Physician to join our growing clinic team in Steinbach, Manitoba. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants to do more than practice medicine and is interested in helping shape a modern primary care clinic from the ground up.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a Medical Director role, contribute to clinical leadership, support the development of care pathways, and help build a patient-centred, technology-enabled healthcare environment. This role will also include the opportunity for equity participation in the business and profit-sharing, making it an excellent fit for a Family Physician interested in long-term leadership, partnership, and community impact.
Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive longitudinal family medicine care

· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

· Conduct preventive health assessments and patient education

· Collaborate with allied healthcare professionals and specialists

· Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

· Participate in walk-in and/or rostered family practice services

· Support continuity of care through integrated clinic systems

· Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic culture

Required

· Medical degree (MD or MBBS) from an accredited institution.

· Completion of a Family Medicine residency with CCFP designation or equivalent.

· Current licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).

· Eligible for billing under Manitoba Health (HIPC number).

· Valid CPR/BLS certification.
