Inventory Associate with Reach Truck and Counterbalance Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Inventory Associate with forklift experience who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is ready to grow with a supportive team.

Compensation: $22 per hour to start, plus 4% vacation pay. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right individual.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 years operating Raymond or Crown reach trucks and sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
• Strong receiving and inventory control experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Understanding of slot locations and product stock put-away procedures.
• High attention to detail, including lot codes and expiry dates.

What you will do:

• Handle receiving, inventory tracking, and product put-away.
• Enter receiving information into company systems.
• Support customer order fulfillment, including picking and order checking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including clean-up.
