Screen Printing Machine Operator

Screen Printer required for a printed apparel and promotional products company. Candidate must have previous screen printing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing presses, both automatic and manual
• Prepare screens, ink, and other materials for production
• Produce detailed and accurate screen prints on apparel, textiles, and promotional products
• Ensure all prints meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with inventory and material ordering when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Work independently and follow instructions accurately

Requirements:

• Previous screen printing experience is required
• 5 years of screen printing experience preferred
• 5 years of apparel production experience preferred
• Knowledge of screen printing techniques, materials, and equipment is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable commute to Mississauga, ON or willing to relocate before starting

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and reliable attendance for the Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift
