Are you an experienced Blown Film Extrusion Operator, Extruder Operator, or Plastic Manufacturing Operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay and career growth?We are seeking skilled operators with experience in polyethylene film production, flexible packaging, blown film extrusion, and plastics manufacturing to join our growing production team.
What You'll Do
- Operate blown film extrusion lines to produce high-quality plastic film products
- Set up, start, monitor, adjust, and shut down extrusion equipment
- Successfully "put up the bubble" and maintain stable production
- Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and machine settings
- Troubleshoot film quality and machine performance issues
- Perform product changeovers and material loading
- Conduct quality inspections and document production results
- Work safely while maintaining production and quality targets
- 2+ years of experience as a Blown Film Operator, Extrusion Operator, or Plastic Manufacturing Operator
- Experience with blown film extrusion processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Multi-layer blown film extrusion experience
- Flexible packaging experience
- Printing press or printing line experience
