$22.55/Hour General Labour

We are hiring experienced General Labourers for a busy production facility in Utopia, ON (near Barrie). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in construction who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a hands-on environment.

Please Note: Candidates must have reliable transportation, as the facility is not transit accessible. This job site offers on-site parking!

This is a temporary-to-hire job with room to grow and advance! If selected for direct hire with our client, you will get a pay raise, access to benefits after a probationary period, and more!

• Assist in the production of precast concrete products
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Support concrete forming and finishing processes
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform general labour duties
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

• Previous experience working in construction or general labour
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must have own transportation (no public transit available)
