Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across various stages of home building.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all phases of new home construction (framing, finishing, site prep, etc.)
Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Support carpenters, supervisors, and other trades as needed
Follow construction plans and instructions
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Perform general labour tasks including lifting, digging, and cleanup

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in residential or new home construction required
Ability to use basic construction tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid drivers license required
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE use
