Position DetailsLocation: 403A-55 Head St, Dundas, Ontario
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams
- Organize, maintain, and update client digital files in compliance with industry standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier packages
- Accurately enter and update client information, policy details, and communication logs
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Prepare onboarding materials and documentation for new hires
- Manage the agent's calendar, including scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and internal meetings
- Draft emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the agent when required
- Communicate task updates and ensure alignment on priorities
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- OTL license (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Base Salary: Starting from $65,000
