We're hiring for an experienced Industrial Superintendent for major long-term work in the Edmonton region. This is a chance to step into a complex, multi-discipline industrial environment where strong field leadership genuinely makes a difference. If you've built your career in Alberta's heavy-industrial sector and want stability, scale, and a challenging site, this will interest you.

  • Lead multi-discipline industrial execution — overseeing piping, mechanical, civil, structural, and E&I crews on a large, high-hazard processing facility. You'll be driving productivity, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring safe, efficient field delivery across multiple scopes.
  • Edmonton-based, long-term stability — consistent work on a major industrial site with ongoing construction, brownfield upgrades, and continuous field activity. Ideal for Superintendents who want to stay local while working on meaningful, technically demanding projects.
  • Heavy-industrial experience valued — modules, tank farms, mechanical completion, hydrotesting, commissioning support, shutdown/turnaround integration, and brownfield tie-ins. If you've worked in oil sands, petrochemical, or large-scale industrial environments, you'll fit right in.
  • Strong Alberta contractor backgrounds welcome — we're looking for leaders who understand industrial culture, can manage diverse crews, and know how to deliver safely and predictably in high-stakes environments.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of heavy-industrial construction experience, with at least 4+ years in a Superintendent role on petrochemical, oil sands, or large-scale processing facilities.
  • Proven track record supervising multi-discipline industrial scopes such as piping, mechanical, structural steel, civil/earthworks, and E&I.
  • Experience delivering brownfield upgrades, module installation, tank farms, mechanical completion, hydrotest packages, and commissioning support.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead 40–120 trades personnel (direct and subcontractor crews), including foremen, chargehands, and multi-trade interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, high-hazard operations, confined space, hot work, and industrial safety protocols.

Due to the urgency of this role, we are only considering candidates currently located in Canada.
