We're hiring Sales Representatives to join our energetic, driven, and professional team. You'll be responsible for generating new leads, educating homeowners on exterior solutions, and closing deals for roofing and siding replacement and upgrades.
We are compensation as follows:
Appointment setters: 150$ per appointment + 1% of gross sales ($200-$1000)
Closers: 6% of gross sales up to 10% once passed probation.

This position is based in Regina, SK.
Appointment setters earn $10.00 per appointment plus 1% of gross sales ($200–$1,000). Closers earn 6% of gross sales, up to 10% once probation is passed.
This is a full-time position with immediate hiring and on the Watson Exteriors LTD team.
You will generate new leads, educate homeowners on exterior solutions, and close deals for roofing and siding replacement and upgrades.
