HVAC Sales Coordinator

Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Commission

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the growth of our commercial HVAC maintenance agreement program. This position is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys prospecting, nurturing leads, and creating opportunities for the outside sales team.

You will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and coordinating appointments that help expand our service agreements business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective and current customers regarding commercial HVAC maintenance agreements
  • Conduct outbound sales and follow-up calls to generate interest in company services
  • Assess and qualify leads before transferring opportunities to the sales team
  • Explain maintenance plans, service options, and program benefits to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for outside sales representatives
  • Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity within the CRM system
  • Work closely with customers, sales staff, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Track and manage lead activity to support sales growth objectives

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum two years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and managing ongoing follow-up activities
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
