Schedule Requirements (Important)

This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to support warehouse operations across multiple shifts.

Candidates must be available to work:

• Days, afternoons, and nights as operational needs require
• Split shifts when required
• Potential future dedicated night shift opportunity

Typical shift schedules may include:

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• Direct leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Leadership courses, certifications, or formal training are considered a strong asset
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supervising warehouse associates and driving team performance
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience working in food-grade, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics operations

Equipment Experience Required

Candidates should have experience operating or supervising teams using:

• Raymond Reach Truck
• Walkie / Ride-On Walkie
• Counterbalance Forklift

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily warehouse operations across ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments
• Lead receiving, storage, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping activities
• Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates
• Monitor productivity, labour utilization, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in accident investigations and safety initiatives
• Support SQF and food safety programs
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory, and operations teams
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives
