We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for a Pre-Wash Operator to join our team in Bashaw, AB. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Sustain productivity and quality standards.
- Work responsibly in a safe manner following all safe operating procedures and posting requirements.
- Work with other team members to ensure production lines are running.
- Monitor squeezer cutting face and discharge hopper for build-up of pre-processed pellets.
- Monitor water filtration system.
- Check for water in the area around the high-speed drier and debris buildup inside the high-speed drier.
- Document processing rates and operating issues.
- Housekeeping – Wash Tank Stairs and Catwalks, sweep wash tank stairs and catwalks to minimize debris build-up and prevent slip/trip accidents.
- Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Essential reading and writing skills are required.
- Able to lift up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
