What You'll Do

As a Landscape Construction Labourer, you'll assist with the construction of beautiful outdoor spaces, including:

• Excavation and site preparation
• Hardscape installation (patios, walkways, driveways)
• Armour stone and masonry work
• Planting trees, shrubs, and gardens
• Grading and sodding
• Fence installation
• General landscape construction duties
• Snow removal operations during the winter season

You'll work closely with Crew Leaders to maintain the high quality standards that Partridge Fine Landscapes is known for.

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Are physically capable of lifting and performing manual labour throughout the day
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Follow direction well and work effectively as part of a team
• Are eager to learn new skills and grow within the company
• Can work extended hours during peak construction season when required

Requirements

• Valid Class G Driver's Licence
• Reliable transportation to our yard at 3077 Guelph Line, Burlington
• English communication skills
• Landscape construction and/or snow removal experience is considered an asset but is not required

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Typical start time: 6:30 AM at our Burlington yard
• Typical workday: 10–12 hours, finishing around 5:00 PM
