E-Invoicing Support Analyst
The E-Invoicing Support Analyst will be a full-time, Calgary-based role reporting to the Manager of Finance Systems and Data, serving as the main point of contact for support related to the organization's e-invoicing platforms, including OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and OpenContract Pricebook. The position involves supporting the Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook by preparing new pricebooks from approved bids, training business teams, and transitioning ongoing maintenance to them.

- Act as the main support contact for e-invoicing platforms.
- Support Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook.
- Conduct regular sessions with field and office staff to provide training and resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Manage releases, including testing, training, and communication of updates.
- Collaborate with ITS on system integrations to improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay current on platform updates and recommend enhancements to support business growth.
- Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) required
- 5+ years' experience with Enverus e-invoicing platforms
- Skilled in functional analysis, testing, and UAT support
- Positive, proactive problem-solver
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable in dynamic, evolving environments
