Production Associate

We're Hiring Production Associates in Windsor, ON!

• $18.50/hr
• Steady days and steady afternoons available
• Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials and ingredients according to batch records
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production and packaging equipment
• Set up machinery based on product specifications and production requirements
• Complete production documentation, logs, and batch records accurately
• Perform equipment cleaning, setup, dismantling, and reassembly following SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas and equipment
• Follow all Health & Safety, quality, and cGMP requirements
• Assist with material handling, product packaging, and sample collection as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Pharmaceutical, health, food, or nutritional manufacturing experience considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and production documentation is an asset
