We are seeking an efficient order desk processor to join a computer electronics company that has been in business for over 20 years, helping their customers understand the ins and outs of technology.

Immediate Vacancy

Must have experience using:

QuickBooks
Invoicing
Billing
Purchase Orders

This position is working 3 days per week, great for part-time hours.

Day Shifts: 9am-5pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

What we offer:

$19/hr
4% vacation pay weekly

What you will be doing:

Responsible for answering client phone calls and assisting with their inquiries
Receive customer orders via phone, email, and fax
Entering Purchase Orders
Input orders with accuracy into the QuickBooks system
Track the shipment dates and production processes for each order
Printing labels for courier packages

Working Environment:

This is an on-site job, 3 days per week to start.

Qualifications:

Experience using QuickBooks (Invoices, Billing, and Order Processing)
Experience with Purchase Orders
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organized and able to communicate well with customers and internal colleagues
Have a high level of positive work ethics and team spirit
