Job Description
- Lead a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation within a manufacturing environment.
- Drive project stabilization, recovery, and successful ERP deployment completion.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders across executive leadership, operations, finance, supply chain, and IT.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting.
- Track project risks, issues, action items, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure accountability across internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage project execution, reporting, and delivery tracking.
- Support testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Lead post-implementation stabilization and transition to operational support teams.
- Manage ERP integrations, data migration activities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Apply proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Deliver projects within manufacturing, supply chain, production, or distribution environments.
- Provide strong onsite leadership and hands-on project management oversight.
- Drive outcomes, remove obstacles, and ensure successful business adoption of the ERP platform.
