About the Client

Our client is a rapidly growing business consulting company in Canada that helps small and medium-sized businesses improve their operations, sales, and growth strategies. Due to increasing demand, they are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and client outreach efforts.

Role Overview

This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and helping businesses connect with potential clients. The Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant will be responsible for reaching out to leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through email, phone, SMS, and social media

- Qualify leads based on company criteria

- Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team

- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication

- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information

- Track outreach activities and appointment metrics

- Manage calendars and meeting confirmations

- Handle inbound inquiries and respond professionally

- Assist with lead generation and prospect research

- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, or virtual assistance

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Confident speaking with potential clients

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage

- Ability to meet targets and performance goals

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Strong follow-up and time-management skills

- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
