This role acts as the central link between international manufacturing plants, internal sales operations, and corporate clients to oversee complex technology installations from order entry through to final onsite handover.
The ideal candidate balances strong technical aptitude with commercial acumen, ensuring capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects are executed seamlessly, safely, and on schedule.
Core Responsibilities

- Logistics & Milestone Tracking: Maintain internal tracking platforms to coordinate production milestones with manufacturing facilities and manage shipment logistics.
- Onsite Handoff Management: Coordinate pre-installation site visits, verify utility requirements with customers, and manage technical resources during onsite commissioning.
- Deficiency Resolution: Maintain full project ownership through installation and testing phases until client sign-off is completed and all project deficiencies are resolved.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead post-project debriefings to analyze budget metrics, schedule variances, and equipment performance to optimize future deployment workflows.
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or technical diploma paired with 3+ years of coordination or project management experience involving industrial CAPEX equipment.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in manufacturing, automated machinery, or industrial processing environments (experience within food processing or automated systems is highly valued).
- Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms like SAP, along with MS Office and project planning software.
- Blueprint & Schematic Literacy: Ability to interpret and interact with basic technical diagrams, layout drawings, and workflow schedules.
- Communication & Demeanor: Exceptional professional relationship-building skills; bilingual capabilities (English/French) are considered a strong asset.
- Travel Flexibility: Must possess a valid drivers license and the ability to travel internationally as required.
- Comprehensive extended group health, dental, and vision benefits.
- 3 weeks of annual vacation time.
- Stable, structured career with an industry pioneer.
