Move-Out Cleaning Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Move-Out Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. This is not basic housekeeping. Our clients trust us to prepare homes for new owners, tenants, and real estate listings, which means we hold ourselves to a higher standard of clean.

What You'll Do

• Complete detailed move-out and deep cleaning services in residential properties
• Clean kitchens thoroughly, including around appliances and exterior/interior, cabinet fronts, sinks, and backsplashes
• Deep clean bathrooms, removing soap scum, hard water stains, and buildup
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, doors, trim, baseboards, and light fixtures
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all flooring surfaces
• Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass
• Identify areas that need extra attention and take initiative to address them
• Help maintain our reputation for exceptional quality and reliability

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning and takes pride in their work
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and being on your feet for several hours
• Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required for the right person
