Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the corporate office. This position serves as a central point of coordination for administrative activities, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment. The successful candidate will provide office management support, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, manage corporate expenses, and assist various corporate departments with administrative and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders across the organization. Location: Sherwood Park, ABSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pmKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Manage weekly office supply orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels for corporate office needs.
- Provide general office administration support, including meeting room coordination, catering arrangements, and event logistics.
- Coordinate corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
- Process and track corporate expenses in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Support corporate departments, including Human Resources, Procurement, Compliance, and other business functions, with administrative and project-related tasks as required.
- Assist with maintaining office records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or customer service role.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and office operations is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
