Main Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact for employees and staff. Will ensure that all concerns and issues are addressed in a timely manner. This may mean coordinating with staff requests that require follow ups.
Lead and manage staff sort notice scheduling across multiple sites, ensuring optimal coverage while minimizing non-billable overtime through strategic planning
Manage and oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications while following ON Labour Standards. Scheduling also includes coordinating with employees regarding vacation/leave requests.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person)
Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures, while ensuring consistent communication across the teams via telephone and email interactions
Provide support to the National Security Operations Center (NOSC).
Work closely with site supervisors/managers/directors for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site(s)/clientele
Maintain detailed reporting on staffing levels, scheduling efficiency, and operational metrics
Support general office coordination and administrative processes as required
Coordinating site specific training and certifications.
Managing all pay rates and overtime for each employee to ensure labor standards are being followed.
Completion of safety documentation, office audit, site audits and employee audits.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager
What would you bring:
2+ years of experience in operations coordination, workforce scheduling, or similar roles
Experience in high-volume or 24/7 scheduling environments is strongly preferred
Ontario Security License is an asset
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and compliance best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborative team player with strong judgment, composure, and attention to detail
Diploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not required
