Facilitator / Trainer (AI Training)Part-Time · Remote + In-Person (Toronto, ON) · Industry: AI Training & Advisory
Are you a confident facilitator who can hold a boardroom and help senior leaders embrace AI? Dabbl' is seeking a Facilitator / Trainer to lead workshops and build training content for a growing AI training and advisory firm. This is a high-impact, part-time role for an experienced leader who can teach, create, and connect — especially with audiences who are skeptical about AI.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Facilitate engaging workshops both in person and remotely (typically around 2 hours, occasionally up to 4)
• Build, refine, and teach courses within a structured 5–6 month program
• Create training content, practical tools, and reusable learning artifacts
• Develop and maintain a growing knowledge and resource library
• Turn static documents and ideas into clear, teachable, hands-on tools
• Support executives and their teams as they adopt AI into everyday workflows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Director-level (or equivalent) leadership and people-management experience
• Confidence presenting to executive and boardroom audiences (C-level / SVP+)
• A high-level thinker who can relate to — and win over — AI skeptics
• Comfortable using AI tools, with strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or courses
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
• Remote training, with in-person workshops based in Toronto, Ontario
• Occasional travel (including Eastern Ontario) is a bonus, not a requirement
• Approximately 4 workshops per month (a light, flexible weekly commitment)
• Flexible part-time schedule. Must be available to travel to Toronto 2-3 times per month.
• Pay Rate: To Be Determined
If you love helping people learn, enjoy building training from the ground up, and can bring even the most AI-resistant leaders on board, we'd love to hear from you.
